I have played a few Final Fantasy games in the past and I don't mind the game being linear at all since almost all of them were, to some degree. These other criticisms do worry me a bit and this has nothing to do with the game being exclusive. However judgment should be reserved until the game is made available worldwide. Who knows, we all might even enjoy the changes Square-Enix have made.
I hope it's a epic as it looks.
I'm curious to see how they will continue the story when you either died (which is canon) or replaced Lord Vader. Maybe the story takes place before the end of the first game?
I'm just amazed at the amount of Wiis sold.
What I am about to say relates to Atkinson's comment below
Atkinson on violence in games:
I accept that 98%, 99% of gamers will tell the difference between fantasy and reality, but the 1% to 2% could go on to be motivated by these games to commit horrible acts of violence. You don’t need to be playing a game in which you impale, decapitate and dismember people.
Now the word that caught my attention is 'people' but before I demonstrate my point I would like to de...
The first quarter of 2010 is going to be packed with games!
Hopefully Sony has it in the works.
Sadly I won't be one of them
Ok. I meant that I would not like the service to require the buying premium membership cards similar to what happens on xbox live. Since psn uses actual money instead of points I would like the psn cards to cover everything on the psn including membership subscriptions.
I would just like Sony to allow users to subscribe to the service (like how they do with Qore)by using funds in their PSN wallets.
I would like the sequel to make use of my saved game data. For example, if I took the evil path I would like to continue along that path with all my powers without having the game start me off being neutral.
As long as you satisfy the needs of your wife/girlfriend and she feels important you are in the clear. Proper time management is key to maintaining a healthy relationship.
Yes that part of the article caught my attention as well. 2010 is already packed with AAA titles and I can't imagine what games they have left to announce.
It's a final fantasy game, it was going to sell like hot cakes regardless.
I think the data transfer is a good idea. I guess we'll have to wait and see if there are any unannounced features in the update.
I loved the first one, so for me the gameplay footage I have seen thus far looks promising. My only wish is that the story of the second game is as good or better than the first.
I'm going to just stick with getting the game.
Certainly didn't expect this
I owned the game and I must say that it was quite enjoyable. I will agree with the reviewer about the graphics. I have owned both games and I agree that the facial animations in the second game are quite disappointing, in my opinion. Surprisingly in the first game I had no problems pulling of counter kills but in this one I found it really difficult. Maybe it's just me.
A K/D ratio of 5.0! Now that's impressive. I could barely get mine to 0.5.
